How to wipe a device in Intune

Log into endpoint.microsoft.com or intune.microsoft.com Select Devices > All devices.

Select the name of the device that you want to wipe. You can find by serial number. Double Check the user name.

In the pane that shows the device name, select Wipe.

To confirm the wipe, select Yes. If the device is on and connected to internet, the Wipe action should propagate on the device in less than 15 minutes. However sometimes you have to run a manual sync from the device
