Hi, I'm Fabio Rodrigues—an IT Infrastructure & Microsoft 365 Specialist with over 9 years of hands-on experience helping organisations build, support, secure and optimise their IT environments.

Throughout my career, I've supported more than 3,000 end users, working across service desk, desktop engineering, systems administration and modern workplace technologies. From resolving critical incidents to delivering infrastructure projects and automating repetitive tasks, I enjoy solving complex technical challenges and finding smarter, more efficient ways to work.

My expertise spans Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure, networking, cybersecurity, Microsoft Defender, Mimecast, endpoint management and cloud technologies.

 

To complement my hands-on experience, I've earned certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft Certified: Windows Client (MD-100), Microsoft MTA: Cloud Fundamentals, Microsoft MTA: Networking Fundamentals, and Mimecast Certified CyberGraph. I also hold additional training in IT security and Fortinet products. I'm proud to be a Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS), reflecting my commitment to professional standards and continuous learning.
