Automatically Add Online Teams Meeting Link to Outlook Meeting Request

In this post I will show how to configure Outlook so every time you create a new meeting request it will automatically generate a Teams meeting link Open Outlook, Go to file then Options 


Once in Outlook Options select Calendar 

Once in Calendar go to Calendar options where you will see add online meeting to all meetings

Check the tickbox then click on meeting providers, check Microsoft Teams and click OK 

Now when you create a new meeting in Outlook not Appointment the teams meeting details should populate automatically
